We want you to be happy with Spawnn. Here's exactly how refunds work for each product type.
Builder Plan — $14/month
Cancel anytime from account settings. No refund for the current billing period — you keep access until it ends.
Founding Member — $49 one-time
Refunds available within 7 days of purchase, provided you've used fewer than 3 deep dive reports. Email hello@spawnn.app with your order number. Processed within 5 business days.
Studio Plan — $29/month
Same as Builder — cancel anytime, no refund for the current period.
Swipe Pack — one-time add-on
Non-refundable once any swipes have been used.
Deep Dive Reports
Non-refundable once generated — they consume AI compute at the point of generation.
Exceptional Circumstances
If you were charged due to a technical error on our side, we'll refund you in full. Email hello@spawnn.app with your order details.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@spawnn.app with your registered email, your Lemon Squeezy order number, and an optional one-line reason. We respond within 2 business days.
