By creating an account or using Spawnn, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. The Service
Spawnn provides a startup idea discovery platform including AI scoring, deep dive reports, co-founder matching, and build blueprints. Features vary by plan.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when signing up. You're responsible for your account's security. Notify us at hello@spawnn.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or as one-time payments through Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape or bulk-export content from Spawnn
- Reverse engineer or extract source code
- Use the platform to harass or harm other users
- Resell AI-generated reports as your own commercial product
- Attempt to bypass swipe limits or paywall restrictions
5. Intellectual Property
Spawnn owns the platform, AI scoring system, brand, and all content we create. You retain ownership of your Build Journal entries. Ideas sourced from public communities remain in the public domain.
6. AI-Generated Content
Scores and deep dive reports are AI-generated and for informational purposes only. Not legal, financial, or investment advice. Accuracy is not guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Spawnn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
9. Changes
We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
